Existing prospective students: how to sign in

We upgraded to a new website on Friday, March 11.

If you had a currently active prospective student account with us at the time of the upgrade, we've automatically created an account for you and linked it to your email address. Before you can access your account for the first time, you will need to create a password by following these instructions:

The short version

  1. Go to the Password assistance page (opens in a new window).
  2. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

The long version
 

  1. Go to the Password assistance page (opens in a new window).
  2. Enter your email address and click "Send reset instructions"
  3. In a few minutes, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password
  4. Click the link in the email, or copy and paste the link into your browser address bar.
  5. You should end up at a one-off "Password reset" page.
  6. Enter a password and click "Reset password"
  7. You will now be signed in with your new password.
