Existing providers: How to sign in to the new website

If you've listed with us before, we've automatically created an account for you and linked it to your email address. Our new website allows providers to keep track of their listings through their account. Before you can access your account for the first time, you will need to create a password by following these instructions:

The short version

  1. Go to the Password assistance page (opens in a new window).
  2. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

The long version
 

  1. Go to the Password assistance page (opens in a new window).
  2. Enter your email address and click "Send reset instructions"
  3. In a few minutes, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password
  4. Click the link in the email, or copy and paste the link into your browser address bar.
  5. You should end up at a one-off "Password reset" page.
  6. Enter a password and click "Reset password"
  7. You will now be signed in with your new password.

Some existing providers have had difficulties with their accounts. If you experience any problems please contact the housing adviser at your nearest campus.
